Description

The Videl Grill Signature Collection 1 is a complete 72-inch knock-down BBQ island package built around the Gran Fuego 36 -- Videl USA's flagship 4-burner 304 stainless steel built-in grill. The island assembles from two modular sections: a 48-inch knock-down island and a 24-inch knock-down island that combine to form a 72-inch wide, 36-inch tall, 32-inch deep outdoor kitchen frame. The entire package is 304 stainless steel throughout.

 

The format is a working outdoor kitchen in one package. The Gran Fuego 36 occupies the grill section. The 36-inch double-door cabinet below the grill provides enclosed storage for tools, accessories, and outdoor essentials. The two KD island sections are designed for fast field assembly -- the knock-down build means all components arrive flat-packed and go together on site without cutting or fabrication. Once the frame is assembled, customers add their own cement board and finishing material to complete the exterior cladding in whatever material and aesthetic suits the installation.

 

The Gran Fuego 36 is a 4-burner, 60,000 BTU built-in grill with cast stainless steel burners, 304 stainless steel construction, and Videl's HeatWave Chamber -- a double-wall hood design that traps and circulates heat inside the cook chamber for more even temperature across the grates. The CoolTouch knobs use silicone inserts to stay cool to the touch during cooking. The ignition system is electronic valve ignition -- a spark fires at the burner from the knob without a separate lighter. The grill ships configured for natural gas with a convertible regulator and LP conversion orifices included, so it can be run on either fuel without additional parts. The grill is certified to ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022.

 

The Gran Fuego 36 includes an adjustable warming rack, two grill lights, a full-width grease tray, and a built-in thermometer as standard features. The rotisserie system (electric motor, spit rod, and prong forks) is listed in the grill's parts components. Cooking grates, flame tamers, and flavor bars are all 4-piece sets matched to the 4-burner configuration.
