Description

The Videl Grill Signature Collection 2 Complete BBQ Island is a 72-inch knock-down outdoor kitchen package that combines the Gran Fuego 36 flagship grill with a Fuego Vivo Double Side Burner, 36-inch double doors, a triple access drawer cabinet, and two knock-down island sections in one complete setup. The six-component package assembles in knock-down format: all sections ship flat-packed and go together on site without cutting or fabrication. Once the frame is assembled, customers add cement board and exterior finishing material of their choice to complete the cladding. The island is 304 stainless steel throughout and spans 72 inches wide, 36 inches tall, and 32 inches deep.

 

The Gran Fuego 36 (VG-4B36) is a 4-burner, 60,000 BTU built-in grill certified to ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022. Its cast stainless steel burners output 15,000 BTU each. The HeatWave Chamber is a double-wall hood design that traps and circulates heat inside the cook chamber for even temperature distribution across the grates. CoolTouch silicone-insert knobs stay cool during cooking. Electronic valve ignition fires directly from the knob; a long-neck lighter port is provided as a manual backup. The grill ships configured for natural gas with a convertible regulator and LP conversion orifices included. Standard features include an adjustable warming rack, two grill lights, a full-width grease tray, and a built-in hood thermometer.

 

The Fuego Vivo Double Side Burner (DG-DSB) adds two independent 304 stainless steel burners for a combined 34,000 BTU of dedicated side cooking capacity. CoolTouch knobs, a stainless steel cooking grate with 9mm steel rods, dual burner rings, and an easy-access grease tray are all standard. The side burner ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, and carries both ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022 and LC certification. Made in the USA.

 

The 36-inch double doors and triple access drawers provide two separate storage zones across the 72-inch island. The double doors give access to the bay beneath the grill. The triple access drawers organize tools and accessories in individual drawers within a dedicated 13-inch wide cabinet.
