Description

The Videl Grill Signature Collection 4 Complete BBQ Island is a 132-inch (11-foot) knock-down outdoor kitchen package -- the most expansive configuration in the Signature Collection line. The package combines the Gran Fuego 36 flagship grill, the Gran Plancha 30 flat-top griddle, a Fuego I Double Side Burner, 30-inch double doors, a 36-inch combo doors and drawers cabinet, and a triple access drawer cabinet across four knock-down island sections (48-inch, 36-inch, and two 24-inch) that assemble into the full 11-foot frame.

 

The island assembles in knock-down format: all four KD sections arrive flat-packed and go together on site without cutting or fabrication. Once assembled, customers add cement board and exterior finishing material of their choice to complete the cladding. The island is 304 stainless steel throughout, 36 inches tall and 32 inches deep across the full 132-inch run.

 

The Gran Fuego 36 (VG-4B36) is a 4-burner, 60,000 BTU built-in grill certified to ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022. Its cast stainless steel burners output 15,000 BTU each. The HeatWave Chamber is a double-wall hood design that traps and circulates heat inside the cook chamber for even temperature distribution across the grates. CoolTouch silicone-insert knobs stay cool during cooking. Electronic valve ignition fires directly from the knob; a long-neck lighter port is provided as a manual backup. The grill ships configured for natural gas with a convertible regulator and LP conversion orifices included. Standard features include an adjustable warming rack, two grill lights, a full-width grease tray, and a built-in hood thermometer.

 

The Gran Plancha 30 (VG-G30) is a 2-burner, 36,000 BTU built-in flat-top griddle station. Its two cast stainless steel burners output 18,000 BTU each. The griddle plate is a full-width cooking surface suited to searing, smash burgers, eggs, vegetables, and anything that benefits from direct contact with a large flat cooking surface at high heat. A match holder and carry-over tube light the second burner from the first. The Gran Plancha ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included. Certified ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022.

 

The Fuego I Double Side Burner (VG-DSB) adds two independent 15,000 BTU burners for a combined 30,000 BTU dedicated side cooking station. Push-and-turn electronic ignition lights each burner from the knob. CoolTouch knobs and an easy-access grease tray are standard. The side burner ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included. Certified ANSI Z21.58-2022 / CSA STD 1.6-2022.

 

The 30-inch double doors, 36-inch combo doors and drawers, and triple access drawer cabinet together provide three distinct storage zones across the 11-foot island. The double doors give access to the bay beneath the griddle. The combo doors and drawers unit combines door storage with organized drawer access. The triple access drawers add a dedicated drawer stack for tools, marinades, and accessories.
