The Mojave is Videl USA's open-fire wood burning grill -- a 40-inch, round outdoor grill built around a central fire chamber and a 42-inch, 1-inch-thick round griddle that turns live fire cooking into a functional, controllable outdoor kitchen. It is a fundamentally different cooking format from a gas grill: you build a fire in the center of the grill, and that fire creates distinct heat zones -- high, medium, and low -- radiating outward from the flame across the full griddle surface. Move food toward the center for a hard sear, pull it to the outer edge to finish low and slow, or hold it there while you tend the fire.
