The 12V Electronic Ignition version (OPT-27RCPRFOE12V) is CSA certified per ANSI Z21.97-2017 / CSA 2.41-2017 and adds an electronic valve and pilot igniter to the base kit for one-touch electronic ignition without an open flame start. Both versions work with Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. The 3-inch opening at the base routes the gas supply line through the bottom of the bowl for a concealed connection.

INSTALLATION NOTE: For outdoor use only. The bowl must be placed on a level surface. All gas connections must be made by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local building codes. The gas supply line routes through the 3-inch opening at the base of the bowl. All electrical connections for the 12V Electronic Ignition must be made by a licensed electrician. Natural gas minimum inlet pressure: 3.5 in WC; maximum 14 in WC. Liquid propane minimum inlet pressure: 8 in WC; maximum 14 in WC. Do not cover burner orifices when placing lava rock or fire glass. Lava rock must be placed on the burner first; fire glass is placed over and around the lava rock. Inspect and discard any lava rock or stones with visible hairline cracks before use.
